Cleared first.
Then booked.
Every session is booked only after a clinician reviews your medical screening.
- Eligibility
- Decided by a clinician against a signed contraindication ruleset, not by a form.
- Health records
- Encrypted, append-only, and held on infrastructure inside India.
- Re-screening
- Clearance expires. You are screened again before it lapses.
Four things happen before you sit down
The order matters. Payment is last, not first, because nobody should pay for a session they are not cleared for.
-
01
Screening
You answer a medical questionnaire. It goes straight to our clinical records service and is encrypted before it is stored.
-
02
Review
Your answers are checked against the contraindication ruleset. If anything is ambiguous, the case is held for a clinician rather than waved through.
-
03
Clearance
Clearance is granted per service and carries an expiry date. It is not a one-time signature that follows you forever.
-
04
Booking
Only now do you pick a time and pay. The slot is held while you check out, and released if you do not finish.
Sessions
Screened separately, one service at a time
Clearance for one service is not clearance for another. The contraindications genuinely differ, so each decision is made on its own and carries its own expiry.
What is available, and what each session involves, is listed with the current prices once you are signed in — because what you can book depends on what you have been cleared for.
The screening is the product
Plenty of places will sell you a session today. The screening step is the part we are unwilling to shorten, because hyperbaric oxygen and PEMF both have conditions under which they are genuinely unsafe.
- Eligibility is decided on our own servers, never in your browser. There is no version of the form that can be edited into a pass.
- When the rules do not give a clear answer, the system holds the case instead of guessing. A held case waits for a person.
- Your answers are stored as encrypted records that can be added to but never edited or deleted. A correction is a new record, and the original stays.
- Screening and booking records stay on infrastructure in India. Your name and email stay out of the clinical store entirely.
Being straight with you
What we do not claim
Both devices are marketed with claims we are not willing to repeat. Here is where we draw the line.
We do not treat disease
Palm House Zen Lab is a wellness facility, not a hospital. We do not diagnose, and we do not offer these sessions as therapy for any medical condition.
We do not promise outcomes
You will not find recovery percentages or performance figures on this page. We have no controlled data of our own, and we are not going to borrow someone else's.
We do not replace your doctor
Clearance means a session is unlikely to be unsafe for you. It is not medical advice, and it is not a reason to change anything you have been prescribed.
We do not skip the screening
There is no express lane, no membership tier that bypasses it, and no walk-in session. This is the one thing we will not flex on.
Questions people actually ask
How long does screening take?
The questionnaire takes a few minutes. If your answers are clear against the ruleset you will know straight away. A held case waits for a clinician to look at it, which is not instant.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No. If your screening raises something that needs your doctor's input, we will tell you that rather than guess.
Can I book for someone else?
No. Screening is tied to the person who will be in the session, and clearance cannot be transferred.
What happens to my medical answers?
They are encrypted before storage, kept on infrastructure in India, and held in records that can be added to but never edited or deleted. Your name and email are not stored alongside them.
How often do I need re-screening?
Clearance carries an expiry date. You will be asked to screen again before it runs out, and sooner if your health has changed.
What if I am refused?
You are not charged and nothing is booked. You will be told which device the decision covers. If your circumstances change, you can screen again.
Start with the screening
It takes a few minutes, it costs nothing, and you will know where you stand before you think about a time slot.
